    Trailer 1
    Trailer 2

Just noticed this on the IMDb homepage today. Watched the trailers and this film looks really, really good. It's from the writers of Ghost World and Bad Santa. I really enjoyed Ghost World and though I never saw Bad Santa, the clips and trailers I did see seemed good.

I especially like the joke in the second trailer (I think): "How long have you been doing triangles?" "I was one of the first".

P.s. Having John Malkovich is a plus to any movie.

Sorry to be anal, dude, but this ain't quite right. These three films are directed by Terry Zwigoff, however only Ghost World and Art School Confidential are written by Daniel Clowes, adapted from his comic books. As far as I remember Art School Confidential was a series of short recurring strips in Eightball with no strict narrative so I don't know what the story is or nuffin', but this should be pretty neat.

I've read a lot of the Eightball comics... I'm a huge Daniel Clowes fan.. I've only come across one Art School Confidential strip though and it was only about 4 pages long... but it was very funny.. and very true.

I'm looking forward to this film as I enjoyed Ghost World a lot and also Crumb... I wasn't a huge fan of Bad Santa though... it was a fairly 'by-the-numbers' type of film.

Hugh Hefner> Be sure to pick yourself up a copy of the Ghost World comic book if you haven't already.. it will make the ending a bit clearer to you... as I don't think they got Enid's fate across very well at the end of the film.

Sorry man, I thought I read my info. somewhere. But it's definitely the same director for all three. Of that we can be sure.

I'll definitely look out for that comic book. Thanks!

Yes, the whole film is based on a short piece! I'm really looking forward to this film... would loveto see other Clowes stuff adapted for film too. They'd make for interesting viewing!

A David Boring film would be brilliant...

Or 'Like a Velvet Glove Cast in Iron' directed by David Lynch.
