Shamrock is just any small leaved clover; you will find clover in any lawn or bit of mowed grass. THe usual ones have leaves that are too large to look like shamrock so you will need to poke around to find one. If you find something in the wild that looks like a clover but has small leaves, then that is shamrock.
Most garden centres sell stuff that helps people get rid of clover so you will have a job buying any. The scientific names of a couple of species that look liek it are
    Trifolium dubium
    Medicago lupulina

both have small pretty yellow flowers.
