Pc startup problem

    have just rebuilt my pc - new mb/memory etc.

    Post test passes and it sees all hd and ide etc.

    but pauses then on "verifying DMI pool data"

    have to reboot a few times or even change the sata cable from sata1 to sata2 on the mb for it to boot.

    have boot seq set at hd - cdrom .

    any ideas

    edit - just found this - so will try these first.
