So we have this half-gallon of cider in the fridge

    and it's been there since October. The plastic jug is puffy, so fermintation has definately taken place.

    Does anyone know if this is safe to drink? I really want to try it, but also don't want to spend the night puking. Anyone have experience making this sort of hommade concoction?
