A view from the Eastern MacGillycuddy Reeks looking towards Carrauntoohill (middle distance), Caher (to its left) and Beenkeragh (on the right). Canon EOS 20D, Tamron 17-35Di.

    It's a breathtaking scene... I'm green with envy :)

Something about the light on the foreground rocks is quite harsh though, obviously a tricky exposure. Only a personal preference, I might have brought up the contrast a bit to make it really pop and to bring out the blue in the sky even more. But as i said that's a very personal thing, I like contrast and those 'disney', or even velvia-like colours.

You've shown quite a few of these gorgeous mountainscapes, are they on your doorstep there? You lucky thing.

Do you have the EXIF data from the shot Carrigman?

You must be getting fit lugging a camera up the reeks all the time :p

ISO 100; f7.1; 1/250 sec; 17mm. Polariser fitted. This is a combination of two photos stitched together in Photoshop's Photomerge.

Yeah, ain't nothin' like a good day in the hills for keeping fit!
