Kosen Judo vol. 1 Kosen Judo vol. 2 Both are big clips, 26 and 27 minutes long. The first fifth or so is pictures and voice-over in Japanese, but then they move onto demonstration. Maybe it shouldn't surprise me, but its good to see some of the guys who are in their fifities and sixties moving around like they're twenty…

very good videos mate really enjoyed them
have to take my hat off to both guys in the videos
i just hope i'm still able to move like that when i hit that age:eek:
