    Afternoon,

A colleague of mine here at work uses AutoCAD 2002. I was just on her machine and it was running really slow. (Nearly at a stand still.) I asked her what the story was and she said its always like that when she is saving something with in AutoCad

I ctrl/alt/delete and looked at the performance and it was running at 100%. That went on for about 10 minutes. (No wonder she's always tutting at her machine)

The drawing she was doing was tiny. So its not as if she's saving a ground plan of Dunlin or anything.

Has any one any thoughts on what may be the cause of the CPU drainage?

    Thanks

    Pip

2002 was a notoriously buggy version, but it normally runs quite well on older machines. What's the spec?
