I much prefer not to believe in 'Chi' for the simple reason that it freaks me out...esp after seeing a Jet li narrated film ('88) of a shaolin 85 year old dude (Abbot Hai Teng) handstand on one finger for about a minute without the finger exhibiting any kind of stress...

They may be nut jobs (in that they are willing to let themselves be hit in such ways!!). But Genki looked well impressed and he did'int hold back on his shots!!

It don't matter how they do it! It works!! But again they did not show it in an actual combat situation!!

I was at a Sifu Tony Leung seminar or two back years ago and he done the same thign with his students!!
