fitz or merrion tonight

    hey all,

    iv never played in the fitz before and wouldnt mind having a pop at the freerole. i play about once a week in the merrion and have played regularly in the 20 euro freezeout.

    anybody have any advice on which is the better game for value/standard ect?

    I think the 20 merrion game is closer to real poker however theres not much in it! freeroles are an aqquired taste-if funds permit play the emporium toury, only played it twice but really enjoyed it.

    I'd say go for the 20e freezeout in the merrion, the standard can be very freerollish but I've heard the fifty doublechance in the sporting emporium has gone that way too.

    SE game would be the best game tonight. Howewver, it is €50 +€5. The free roll and the 20 f/o would be made up of the same type of player really, newbies etc ... It wouldn't be a bad idea to check out the Fitz tho. You'd get your free €10 bet which you could turn into €20 on a spin of the roulette wheel and therefore give you a couple of rebuys for free!
    And and of course it's one of the best card rooms around!

    How come nobody has mentioned the €30 freezeout in the Fitz on a Sunday afternoon yet?

    An excellent poker tournament with real poker played in it.
