Connection just dropped when I was playing 50/100 limit and I had a str8 on the flop when it went to dissconnect protect he had AA, that would have been a bloody nice pot to win he would have bet into me all the way.

Tribeca sort that bloody connection c rap out that one just cost me about $1000 in lost bets.

    ugh ugh ugh

thing that annoys me is that you can still use a disscon protect on the limit tables, which is just abused instead of actually having a network that operates correctly.

haha. If you're very lucky they'll partially refund you as a gesture because it wasn't their fault.

I know this happens a lot with PPP and we get the same sh1te back. I 've threatened to leave them many a time, maybe it's time to do it although you would like to stay local. Does it happen on other sites like VC, Boylesports ladbrokes etc or is it just PPP.

happens a fair bit with VC also, get the usual "not our fault" answers from the hosts. Always assumed it was all tribeca that were affected at the same time but from chat with other VC / tribeca players it seems to be site specific most of the time.

I left betfair after 2 months of connection problems. After 2 months of emails I rang customer support and told them i'd like to close my account.. and I requested my query be fowarded to ther manager. After a lot of hassle clearing out funds.. (I withdrew in euro but managed to leave 43c behind.. and apparently you can't close an account with funds in it..) So eventually after i convinced them i didnt want the 43c they closed it. I haven't been back. I've given other sites over 15k in rake i'd say since then!!

Forget loyalty. Ring customer support. Tell them you're leaving until the connection issues are sorted out.. and close your account! Make sure your query is forwarded as a formal customer complaint. Don't put up with bad service because it will only continue.
