Search Problem in Windows

Wondering if anyone can help me here. Whenever I do a search through my documents in Windows, when it eventually finds the document it freezes, preventing me from accessing it. Any ideas?

Its doing what windows was built to do..

Did you click stop search before you continue as the search feature in windows uses quite a bit of CPU power especially going through ZIPs
