blueface - unhide number?

anytime i ring out from my blueface account i get - private number. this is useless for me as, 1, i wont answer private numbers, many of my friends are the same 2, how will anyone get my number in this day and age of "save to contacts" help, i cant find any setting anywhere, or do i just call them up to turn it off? like…

I know when I wanted this sorted I just e-mailed blueface and they sorted it really quickly
