Anyone use Poker Tacker for STT & SNGs??
I know its value for ring games, but how useful is it for STT & SNGs?
Had tried it previously and remember it had difficulties with importing buyins, reg and prizes.

I know it only supports ring games on Prima, Tribeca and Ladbrokes.
But it supposedly supports tournies on Crypto & Pokerstars.

    Any advice or experiences appreciated.

i wouldn't bother with it for sngs. i don't use it. good old microsoft notepad is all you need. keep track of date, no. of games played, buy in, total ITM. Total cost, total revenue, total profit/loss.

You might want to look into sngpt (calculates when its +EV to push, especially around bubble time.. thats about the only thing you need and perhaps a multi table opener program.

Well I think it's still very useful for SnGs. Its main uses are record keeping and opponent stats. You could keep records manually and I used to do this before I got PokerTracker, but it's an onerous task and often I'd forget to record results or not bother, which led to incomplete records (actually worse than that, misleading records, as I was less likely to record the result if I didn't cash).

The other real benefit is your opponents stats. With blind-stealing being so important in the latter stages of a SnG. Knowing who's likely to call your pre-flop raise with the top 10% of hands and who's likely to call it with the top 25% of hands can make a big difference to your return. PokerAce Hud also helps a lot here by making the stats more easily accessible.

I know it works ok on PokerStars, I don't have accounts on any of the other sites you mention. If there were problems importing some tournaments, there's a good chance they've been fixed as there are regular updates to the program. Check the web-site for bug fixes.
