windows desktop graphics issue

    hey guys for some reason my icons have blue layers under them, iv attached a screenie, cant figure out why its happened, its really bugging me, anyone know how to fix it.

    Erm... what icons are they that you're trying to block out exactly. Also, why block out the time?

    Right-click on an empty part of the desktop - properties - appearance and work away...
