My PC jammed so i turned it off and back on again, when it restarted it told me
Your PC was improperly shutdown :mb

    Then Select:

    Safe Mode
    Safe Mode & Command Prompt
    .......
    .......
    .......
    Restart Windows Normally

No matter which i choose ^, safe mode, restart normally etc. it always bring me back to the same thing over and over. It won't boot into windows

    What do i do?

What changes did you make before this started happening - add hardware/programs, remove hardware/programs, tinker with settings, etc?

Absolutely nothing, i had FF open(browsing a forum) and i opened IE to check bebo and when i click Homepage on bebo it just jammed, the cursor could move but nothing could be click, and ctrl + alt + del wasn't doing anything, so i tried reset that didn't work so i turned it off(held my finger on the PC power button)

    Any ideas?

Thats what you get for using Bebo..

.. all joking aside, so your saying you can't get into windows even in safe mode? Can you get into the BIOS? If so try loading optimised defaults.

Try delete, press it a few times when you see the POST screen (the first screen that states your processor type and amount of RAM)

Corrupt hard drive causing broken Windows install it sounds like.

Happened to someone I know last week, in the process of getting them a new hdd.
Edit: know what the hard drive is out of interest?

    I have 2 X 80Gb Maxtor hardrives

When i go into the BIOS and select some hardware thing(can't remember what it was) it showed both harddrives and the specs on each, should this info show if the harddrives are corrupt
