Hi i have issues with C&C generals + Zero Hour pack

Problem is runnig a server on my pc + playing tends to kill the server after an hour or so into the game when theres a ton of units.:mad:

C & C was all about having way too much going on at once

Is anyone aware of a dedicated server that takes all the load off the system by moving it to linux or a win32 server on my home server so i can distribute the load.:)

Yes im aware of the tick box but its not a true a dedicated server

i'm afraid the nature of RTS's is such that dedicated servers are rarely(if ever) used....

I guess there is still no dedicated server for generals / zero hour?
Never played this multiplayer, want to start playing it on LAN.
Just hosting a game from one PC is the only answer then right?

All EA RTS games are peer to peer there are no servers.
