Anything better than NetMeeting?

    Can anyone suggest a better desktop to desktop video conferencing solution than NetMeeting, for a corporate LAN (I mean with all the calls being inside the firewall)?

    I want to save some money on phone bills but I'd rather spend a few notes on USB webcams with microphones than several thousand on a VOIP "solution" complete with expensive IP phones and a couple of new PABXs.

    NetMeeting works fine, it just seems a little clumsy after using the likes of MSNMessenger etc.

    And while I'm asking - is there a corporate (inside a firewall only) version of Skype or similar?
