Sticky river decision

villian is extremely loose aggressive, loves to see flops and varies his play quite well. he sat down with 75. how would you read his river raise??

i was autofolded so ive no results im afraid but id be interested in opinions on the hand.
i felt at the time villians range was so wide he could easily have hit big on the flop, minimum two pair but when i look back at the hand his river raise isnt exactly a "call me" bet so im thinking a call was in order
i actually clicked call right on the autofold but im still not sure it was the right decision

Why did you check the flop?
The river is a total blank ... would he slowplay a big hand on that turn?

And why did you bet so small on the turn and river?

I think I would call, because you have made yourself look really weak that his raise could be an attack against your perceived weakness.

I don't like your play post-flop but now i've got into this spot I probably call, especially if villain is somewhat likely to bluff here.

im with with fuzz and c/s here i think its a call, youv inadvertantly made your self look weak, like maybe a KQ or so, so you would be reasonable to think hed try to bluff. call.also if he started with

75 hed 37.5 Big blinds, is this normal?? i think he could be a chancer... now i think of it, it s a defo call, im not throwing it away.

yeah i agree my play is extremely weak here but i was airing on the cautious side as the last 10 hands at the table had been absolutley mental, it was like a whirlwind of nutters and i wanted to let the table settle before getting to involved. i wasnt sure how i wanted to play my opponent and i hesitated in my decision here showing weakness and got punished, like i said i had decided to call but it was too late.
