Today’s front page (and page 5) of the "Ireland On Sunday" tabloid shows a photo of a woman who they claim is Rebecca Dennehy, the girlfriend of Wayne O’Donoghue. The woman in the photo is NOT Rebecca Dennehy and has NO connection to Wayne or his girlfriend. Can anyone here advise how to basically sue the tabloid's *ss, or does the woman even have a case?

What's your relationship to the scenario?

Does it matter? She's a buddy.

Meh, complain to the paper. Get a retraction. No need to go down the legal route, IMO.
