    .....................................................................................................

Thanks for you're intrest in our shop. I saw that you placed a forum topic forum
    asking about our company.

I can tell you that in the Netherlands we are an upcoming mobile phone company
that donot want to have a bad name. Belservice means something like Call service
and service is something that we want to give to all our customers.

In the Netherlands we donot like credit card payements. Paying in advance is
save because you can always ask you're bank to refund the money. There could be
a possibility that you purchase a product and after you recieve it ask you're
bank to refund the money and then we lose the product and the money. I know
that in the Usa and Uk credit card payements are verry normal.

The reason i write you this e-mail is to tell you that we are not a scam. We do
deliver products after we recieve money on our bankaccounts. As i said we are a
real company and donot want a bad name because of one mobile phone that we could
sell to you. This won't last verry long. You already started a topic and if a
few people do so everybody will know who we are if we donot deliver a product.
We are honest people at belservice.com.

You can find customer comments on the independant website www.newmobile.nl on
    this link: http://www.newmobile.nl/eur/nl/webshop.php?webshop_id=9f011b. Use
babelfish to translate and see by you're self. Other link on that website where
you can see al Dutch mobile phone company's is here:
    http://www.newmobile.nl/eur/nl/webshops.php.

In the future we will offer credit card payement trough paypall. But we will
surcharge an extra amount because paypall is not cheap for us as a company. ( on
some mobile phones we only make € 10,- profit while paypal ask € 7,- to
recieve money. ) This means that wel will work for paypall and not for our
    selfs.

I hope that you will now see that our company is real and not a scam.

Maybe you can place this on the topic and let people know that we are a honest
company, even if we donot use credit card payements.

I can understand you're point of view. Remember that we are a Dutch company. In
the Netherlands we have other payment culture than the UK.

I'm also happy to see that you are intrested to buy from us. This mean that
there is a future chance for us to do business i the UK. If you already found
our website, in the future we hope more people will do so.

    Thanks and regards.

The Netherlands always struck me as a very electronic-payment friendly country when I've been there.

Personally, I still wouldn't do it - but you pay your money, you take your chances.

It's true: in The Netherlands you can pay everything with you're bank account card. We even have a chip on it that you can load with money and use it everywhere you go as a wallet. Parking in some city's have to be done by chip.

But ask a Dutch guy to give you his credit card number and he will never do it. In the UK and USA it's verry normal to tell a seller you're credit card number by phone. In the Netherlands we donot like credit card payements too much. Take a look at most of Dutch webshop and you will see that most of them will not offer credit card payements.

As i already said in my e-mail: we are a honest company and donot want to have a bad name because of one mobile phone that we could sell to a Irish guy and donot deliver it.

If you pay in advance you can always ask you're bank to send the money back to you. It work like that in The Netherlands. Maybe not in Ireland??

But we are sure that after payement we will deliver the phone and if the phone is not available we will send the money back. No problem at all.

In the future we will offer credit card payements trough paypall but we will ad a surcharge for paypall costs.

As you already know the mobile phone market is verry bussy and we only make a little profit. Example: on 1 phone we make 10 till 15 euros profit. If we have to pay paypall 10 euro for recieving the money than we will be working for paypall and not for our selfs.

We hope to have the program ready at the end of the month.

just an update on this thread,,i placed an order for a phone with belservice, i made payment using a money transfer which only costs 54 cent, it takes about two days for the money to be transferred from my bank to the dutch bank, the phone was delivered in a week by courier, the phone i got is designed for use by the elderely and is not available in ireland, the same phone in the uk would have cost me 100euro more, so thanks belservice.........

Thanks Sohappy to place an update. At this moment our programmers are making it possible to make credit card payements. If we had the phone in stock it was delivered in only 2 or 3 days. In the future when we accept credit card payements it we will be able to work much faster. The only thing is that we demand a surcharge on credit card payements wich will cost more than the 54 cents you paid for sending the money by bank. Buyers will have the option to pay in advance or to pay by credit card wich will make a product 3,4% expensiver.

We are glad to hear that we have some products that are not available in you're country. We hope to have a lot more costumers that will have the same need as you had. And hopefully they will read Boards.ie :)

For all the people who said stay away from this company, i hope they're convinced now?

Once again Sohappy, thanks for the trust!

GErman companies are similar - they run a mile from credit cards and much prefer bank transfers.

Since a few weeks we do offer credit card payments.

    The payment provider is paypal.
