Help with remote Assistance

    :confused: Hello,
    I have followed all instructions on the web and my pc and i cant get my remote Assistance to work,
    I have tryed it through windows and the easy way through MSN.
    I tryed it with the firewall off and turned off the virus software aswell.
    Is it something Eircom are stopping ????
