Identifying Leaks with PokerTracker

I recently decided to give the online poker a shot. I play No Limit Hold'em at .50/1 limits on Tribecca. I have 9000 hands recorded in PokerTracker and wish to start analysing my game and hopefully eradicate some of the many leaks present in my game.

I started off well but have had mostly losing sessions lately. My Winrate is now a pathetic 0.17BB/100. I'm normally a live tournament player and have been playing since October. I have also recently dabbled in some live cash (although usually an a most inebriated state). I am a winning player in live poker. I just need a little help with my online.

    Here are my stats:

Vol. Put $ In The Pot 31.46
Vol. Put $ In From SB 54.20
    Folded SB To Steal 73.29
    Folded BB To Steal 55.56
    Att. To Steal Blinds 21.65
    Won $ WSF% 34.67
    Amount Won $30.85
    BB/100 Hands 0.17
    Went to SD% 24.25
    Won $ At SD 49.49
    PF Raise % 9.95
    Total Rake 796.75

I almost vomitted when I saw the rake I've paid compared to my profit. Clearly, I need to get some kind of rakeback deal sorted.

What sort of things should I be looking for in PokerTracker to identify leaks? I don't really know where to start. So please, feel free be as critical as you like. I look forward to your responses.

You are fairly loose, and you defend your blinds too much.

This usually results in you seeing a flop, in a raised pot, out of position with marginal holdings, without having the initiative.

Whats your Aggression factor? Perhaps you are loose aggro preflop, but passive postflop?
    Perhaps you are too aggro?

Also - is this for 6-max tables?

Thanks Fuzz. I mainly play 6 Max. I have attached a word document with data from 6-Max only.

Also, is there any easy way of grabbing data from PokerTracker? I can't seem to copy/paste from it.

If you post up your positional stats people may comment on them too.

Ok here are my positional stats for 6 MAX. Again I would be very grateful for any feedback.

    Thanks in advance

You are far too loose, especially in the first 2 positions.

What would you say the ideal figures in a 9 max table for the following would be
Vol. Put $ In The Pot
    Preflop Raise
    Total Aggressiveness

Is Semi-Loose-Agressive/Agressive a good player type to be in 9 player cash game?
