Their website may say, but generally its up to the person to check the requirements before buying, they may take it back as a good will gesture. PC games generally come with a CD key, so very few stores take returns.

The other option is to check if you can get a cheap graphics card for your system, by checking if it has an AGP or PCI-E slot.

Oh, and Driv3r is a woeful game anyway, if it makes you feel any better.

I sent a message to cdwow to see what they had to say they sent me back an email (which i think was automated)

    Hi Dermot

Thank you for your recent order, and very sorry to hear you have received a
faulty item - I can appreciate how disappointing this must be.

I will ensure that a replacement is dispatched to you immediately.

Would you please be so kind as to return the item to the following address:

    CD WOW!
    Suite 2 Gregories Court
    Gregories Road
    Beaconsfield
    Bucks
    HP9 1HQ
    UK

We would appreciate it if you enclose a note with the returned item, clearly
stating the order number (if possible), your name, email address and a very
brief description of what is wrong with it.

I am grateful for your understanding and co-operation and I sincerely hope
that this genuinely rare occurrence will not deter you from using our
    service again in the future.

If you have any further enquiries then please do not hesitate to contact us
    - we're here to help!

    Kind Regards

    Daniel

Not until you check if your system is compatible with the game.

    # Operating System: Windows 2000/XP
    # Processor: Pentium 4 1.5GHz or AMD Athlon 1.5GHz
    # Memory: 256MB RAM
    # Free Hard Disk Space: 5.5Gb Free
    # CD-ROM: 4X speed or faster
    # Video: 64MB Hardware T&L-compatible video card
    # Sound: DirectX version 9.0c-compatible sound card
    # DirectX: DirectX version 9.0c (included) or higher

Have you got all that on your PC?

If you get a replacement it's not going to be much use to you if your PC can't run it

The Celeron will suffice but the Intel card is most likely the culprit. Even if it supports transform and lighting and is 64mb, those integrated cards frequently have problems with games and are definately not recommended for playing games that just barely fall into their technical specs.

Maybe just play GTA III instead - it's a much better game and has much lower requirements :D

    Poor boy...
    Intel Extreme graphics "card"
Intel "Extreme" is the greatest marketing sham of the last few years.
It fools people into thinking they have a powerhouse of a system, when in reality they would be better off with a GPU even 2-3 generations old.
And remember: it's not a "card" unless it sticks out of the motherboard (aka the square thingy inside the computer that all the computer bits plug into"
