I ran Ad-Aware and found the system is infected with ABetterInternet.Nail, a VX2 Variant and Ad-Aware couldn't remove it si I downloaded the VX2 Cleaner to remove it but it won't. Whenever I run the tool it says Status System Clean but then I Scan the system again and it finds the object again.

Could anybody tell me how to get rid of this thing and what software I sould use to do so.

    Thanks.

google the name of the spyware usually you'll find lots of removal instructions
    usually involves:
    disabling system restore
    rebooting in safe mode
    scan for infections
and manually delete dodgy registry entries and files

to get into the registry hit start > run and type 'regedit' minus the '
to disable system restore right click on my computer and go to the system restore tab
to boot in safe mode depends on your PC, DELL for example require you press F12 at the dell splash screen (or is it F8?)

Has anybody got any other suggestions regarding getting it off the system. What software is the best for getting rid of these types of Malware?

    Thanks

Adaware and spybot search and destroy are usually all you need. Make sure you have the latest updates to each of them installed. When scanning with them make sure you run in safe mode.
