Can't find Channels in PowerCinema

    Hi all,
    I've just got a new media PC and the programme I'm using is Cyberlinks PowerCinema4 (which sucks quite a bit when it comes to tweaking) and I can't tune in the channels from my analogue aerial when I've set the region to Ireland. Funnily enough, it will find them when I've set it to UK, but not the English channels, though that could be a signal strength problem.
    I've changed the frequency in HKLM/.../TVAutoTune/TS353001-0 to the frequencies that the nearest aerial is broadcasting, but it still seems to just scan the same channels. I've also deleted all keys there but it will only scan the same 9 frequencies (progress bar goes up by 11% approx)
    (Frequency x 1E6 and convert to Hex, I created an excel file to do it and create the info for a reg file; if anyone want's it send me a PM)

    Anyone got anymore suggestions?

    PS&BTW: XP pro SP2, ATI 550 tuner, ATI Radeon Express 200 if it's applicable
