Broadband proviser for VPN

Hi,
I am lookin to improve me speed on my VPN currently under irish broadband!:mad:

has anyone had experience with aprovider tha can get me up and running quickly with a connection that is fast up and down which is dedicated(no Contention)

I am located in Park west Dublin and not interested in wireless!

Do you want:
a) Information on setting up a VPN
b) Information on which is the fastest broadband provider in that area
c) Something else

Sorry i have a vpn set up but the broad band connection at my main location is with irish broadband very slow and down all day today!

i am looking for a broadband supplier in my area that can give me 3meg+ up and down andcan have it connected set up in under two weeks
