should i install xp 64bit ?

    hi guys just wonders does anyone have any opinions weather i should install xp 64bit ?

    I use it in work but I find it a pain in the ass as I cannt use things like my web cam with it. I have to drop back to the 32bit IE most of the time as there an't many 64bit plugins for IE 64bit. In general I think you would be better to wait a bit longer.

    Short answer: No.

    Longer answer: If you don't need anything that access more than 4GB of ram, you're better off sticking with the 32bit version for now.

    Slightly longer answer... not yet.

    I was going to install XP64 a few months ago but it lacks too many plugins and drivers etc at the moment.

    I installed a few Linux 64bit OS's instead... much better support and drivers etc, and really shows up the power of a 64bit chip ( not to mention the geek bragging rights it brings... ). Have you considered this?
