Do you have notes for these? incidentally, where are you doing the course?

Doing the course in WIT - its legal studies, but i figure even if i have one or two examples questions i would feel better. I have notes given by the lecturer on the topics and have researched abit myself.

Suppose i just want to one or two questions to build my confidence up!

Try Fergus Ryan's nutshell book. I remember using it in First Year and it was hugely beneficial. It also has sample questions and answers in it as far as I can remember!

Actually if your thinking about first year law exams I remember worrying myself about how to go about answering the questions. And while the problem questions are a tad different to anything I experienced for leaving cert (I try to go with, identify issues - cite legal solution - back up with caselaw - give overall conclusion) the essay type questions are really very very similar to leaving cert History - at least in so far as answering style anyway.

I always prefer the stream of consciousness approach myself. Makes it seem much more profound.
