its a beautiful area. it really is. i did speak to one resident who said its a lot of young people and there is a lot of partying and disruption but maybe she was in a bad spot.

the grounds are lovely though. i'd go up there in the summer on a fine day for a walk.

is it completely sold out or is there any more phases?
