Check PSU Usage?

Is there any programs around that would check the power usage of a psu? I had a problem (i think) with high usage with my graphics card so just want double check evrything is ok before i try card again. Don't want to use a multimeter or anything like that just some app that can do it for me. Thanks

SiSoft Sandra might be able to do it. Expensive though.

No app could reasonably give an accurate number unless the PSU has some firmware built into it that I'm unaware of.

Check the "useful websites" sticky for a psu calculator and remember that crappy psu's never get near their rated max.
