evening .net (c#) courses in dublin

Hi,

Can anyone recommend any good courses for improving my skills in c#. I can already do all the stuff like write to DB's, edit content, use datagrids, repeaters and work on multi tier web apps but i think my technique's could be improved and become more efficent. I would also like to learn more about using xml for datafeeds and maybe learn more about security ?

Any ideas ?

Considering what you know already you may be better off looking into Object Oriented Programming instead of something C# specific.
