I had a guy lined up to do the snag list for my new house, but he let me down.

Any recommendations for someone in Limerick who will do a snag list?

Alot of people do it themselves these days.

I'm sure your mortgage provider would have somebody to do this also.

An independant auctioneer might also provide this service.

I don't know that the auctioneer would be any good as it's actually an engineer you need. My solicitor had a list of people in my area, so maybe try asking them... Unfortunately I don't know any in Limerick

If you want a good quality service I can recommend Lynchwaterman engineers on Glentworth Street. Contact details here:

The boss is a good firend of mine so If you want to PM me I might be able to get you a good deal.

An Architect whos computers I used to fix up from time to time helped me out by
taking a look at the house and doing up a snag list and signing the form that
needed signing. May be worth checking an architect out in case they agree
to do this and may be less expensive.
