    As I'm sure you all know, that you can extend your 1 year Oz working holiday visa by a year if you do three months work on a farm (crops etc.)

    Okay here's the problem, when my sisters visa runs out she'll only of done two months and one weeks work!

    She's really getting panicked does anybody have any suggestions or has anybody had a similar experience ?:confused:

    All help appreciated

    leave before the visa up, come bakck on 3 month holiday visa extend it on the net for 3 months and work away on your old tax file number

    nope, provided no one dobbs her in to the immigration. There are serious privacy laws that prevent the tax sending info to the immigration.

    no she'll be grand just make sure not to tell anyone and i mean anyone, i've been around oz to seen enough of what you can and cant do, she wont be able to claim back her super but she'll still be able to claim back her tax. main thing is not to overstay her visa as i said she can get 6 months no bother but after that she'll have to leave can come back on things like short term business visa lot of ways around it.
