*** Team Event Clarification ***

VEGAS NIGHTS

Hi,

Apologies for starting a new threadon this subject. I just need to clarify some details.

I have a number of team registration forms some are accompanied by full payment and some are not. I'm trying to gather a final list of teams attendeng. I realise the change of date has confused things for some people. The date is confirmed for this comming Sunday with registration starting at 12noon and game starting 1pm. The cost of entry is E20 + E5 reg. Teams should have eight players. All teams entered must pay the full team amount of E200.

Could people please post here detailing their wish to enter a team weather you have sent in a registration form or not.

The 'Culchies' will have a team .... the organisation for this has been very poor.

A team has been registered and paid for under the name of 'The Fitz Breakeveners' I believe. This was paid by Olly Kelly at the last VN Monthly game.

I gave the money to Sandy at the recent EOM 50/50 game. She didn't have any forms for me to fill in Nick but she took the €200, myself and Dominic's name and my phone number and put us on some list she seemed to have.

Yes- I'm only back and looking at the forums I can see the organisation and comunication has been poor. I apologise for this and am in the process of sorting it out. I have six teams registered and confirmed and a further five in the pipeline that I have contacted and am awaiting confirmation. I will be organising and running the event on the day and will do my best to ensure a successfull day.
