The Irish Clay Pigeon Shooting Association has just been awarded €150000 by the Irish Sports Council towards its High Performance Programme on top of the previously granted €40000 carding funds, which has to be a move in the right direction for shooting sports?

Definitely not too shabby and it's nice to see the cash being delivered that was promised along with the focus sport status that clay pigeon earned with David Malone and Derek Burnett's performances. Pity rifle shooting doesn't enjoy the same level of success!

Grats Now lets see the IPSA getting some cash and setting up some IPSA training centers and getting some IRISH shooters around the world!!
