    I'd stay away from chipped bark unless you want every cat in the neighbourhood using your garden as a toilet.

    Got rid of mine recently, drove me nuts :mad:

    Was going to use chipped bark for a swing area for the kids. Any other suggestions, as I think if I left the grass the kids would just wear it down.

    You can get rubber mats that should do the job, or some sort of astro turf solution might do the job (and be a lot tidier)
    Bark ends up everywhere (inside the mower etc)
