Basically they gave you a list of cars, and you voted by text to see who you wanted to have thier automobile pimped. So now they are going to pimp his VW camper van .

But what is the point in him winning if you are not supposed to modify your car? Like it won't pass the nct? He'll have to get rid of it, or take everything out before the nct, and have everything reinstalled after. Pointless really!

Good point tbh...... I wish they'd ban all those kinds of modifications... Pimp My Ride USA's stuff is well done, but Pimp My Ride UK and most other custom work I've seen done just looks shoddy and cheap.

there is no-one enforcing the nct so it really doesnt matter if u dont have one except if u wanna sell ur car

there's no reason it wouldn't pass the NCT once they leave the registration plate be.

As for Pimp My Ride UK, they do fantastic work with the cars, its the presenting that makes it unwatchable.

I havent seen the UK one, and by the sounds of things I would probably put my foot through the telly. I have seen a few cars on ebay from pimp my ride, great profit makers there

TBH, Xzibit makes the show watchable, especially when he takes the piss out of the owner of the car. As for the UK one, Carisma do a fantastic job but Westwood has the comedy and watchability value of a piece of tarmac.
