Sp2 problems

    Right where to begin, I have a Msi 865pe neo2. I have updated to bios to 3.A, installed windows xp Sp2 off 3 different cds and used 3 different hard-drives.
    Now my problem is this, nothing I do will get any network devices up in the device manager. I am using the right chipset drivers (865pe) and plug and play is working because my sound card comes right up as new hardware. But 2 pci network cards and the onboard realtek network card refuse to show up or be recognised in windows with this motherboard. It wont even boot sometimes with a network card in it, just goes on a reboot cycle. All the hardware is fine inc. the memory, cpu and hard-drives. Scouring google I have found out that once or twice other people have had the same problem while installing Sp2. The poblem is that I have no Xp cd without it.
    So anybody out there have an easy solution for me?
