Need to download half a gig, Ideas?

    I have something I need to download which is a half a gig. I have Satellite BB but I have only a 1GB cap and I doubt it would stay stable enough for to download the thing properly. Although it often stay constant at between 100Kbps to 500Kbps. The Biggest thing I have downloaded is 42MB Adobe Acrobat Reader bundled in Photoshop Album Starter 3.0. I want to conserve my cap for surfing etc. as it is 1.5cent per MB when I exceed it.

    The advice I need is Does anyone know of any Internet Cafe's that offer decent speeds?? Ideally anywhere in Kerry or Cork City ? The last thing I downloaded was 119MB and I got this down in Tralee (an update patch for Railroad Tycoon 3) The thing is the majority of Internet Cafes I have been into have fairly bad speeds, The Tralee Cafe was averaging 80Kbps and had no CD burning Capabilities, I stuck it on the USB Memory Stick and it worked fine If I was to go there again it would take me about 2 and a half to 3 hours to download. Ideally if the Cafe had a 1 or 2mb connection and I mean 1 or 2 MB not just saying it and giving 80kbps and CD burning abilities, as my memory stick is 250MB and the files wouldn't fit.

    Any help is greatly appreciated or even if any of ye know if there there is a service where I'd specify what I wanted to be downloaded and have them post it to me then on a CD/DVD.

    Bloody lack of proper broadband.......stupid country... :mad:
