    10/20 PLO party full ring.
Villain is a reg, is good, and is also on the laggy side, and most certainly capable of making plays.

    We both have 3k+ here

    Preflop
Folded to villain in the SB who makes it 50. I call with KJT7 one suit (not clubs, i have no clubs).

    Flop (100)
    Kc Jh 6c
    villain bets 100, I call

    Turn (300)
    9c (sigh),
    check, check

    River (300)
    2d
    check, I bet 125, villain check/raises to 400 ... and I ???

The fact that he checked turn and river would make me call his raise here. He would only do this with a made hand I feel if he knew you would bet.

Then again maybe he reckons his (maybe) straight is good after your 30% pot bet on the river.

When to lead/call/raise with 2 pair is one big weakness in my Omaha game, but those are my right or wrong thoughts anyhow.

that you are great. You are a veritable supply of conundrums.

Anyways. I think you f%^^ed it up by betting so take your medicine and fold. Shoulda just checked and shown the hands down. Nothing to gain by betting(IMO) and also not worth calling the CR.

I'd fold here and not think very much of it. I can't see what hand he could have, though, this line doesn't make much sense with anything, including a bluff. I'm not sure about your bet on the end, originally I thought you might be trying to get a tiny bit of value from a smaller two pair, but even that is stretching it, and the bet is small enough that he will probably call with a straight.

I fold, but I'd probably check-call the river depending on the size of Villains river bet.

    Results.
I think I might have misrepresented the action. I'm thinking that I wouldnt bet 125 into 300 very often, so maybe he only minraised preflop, and the pot was more like 240 on the river. I remember betting 125 for sure, so ... well whatever. I cant recall exactly. It makes only a little difference.

Well - I thought for a second, whacked myself with a birch branch to chastise myself for betting ... but then I thought .... why would he check turn AND river, only to check/raise the river with the nut flush?
Surely he has the Ac in his hand, or else he cant check/raise, but why would he checkraise the river, when I've shown no propensity to bet on the turn?

So I decided that I didnt believe him.

I called ... and he had AcAx5x2x and MHIG.

PS - Tower - I'm not sure about the bet on the end either, I figured I was good and was making a real thin-@ss value bet.

    Yaaay me.

You should *read* the action :).
Take special note of the position of the protagonists ;)
