Dynamic Menu Bars

Hey, I want to put in dynamic menu navigation buttons like the one's in this site . Is this kind of thing done with flash or fireworks? I tried something like this ages ago with fireworks but i couldnt seem to place the sliding navigation options correctly when viewed in browser window. Thanks

Hey,

That is more DHTML and Javascript.
Milonic is good. Also try OpenCube.

There's also the classic Son of Suckerfish dropdowns which are CSS with a little JavaScript. Very lightweight and easy to use.
