I have been asked back for a 2nd interview with a small company. I don't know a lot about them, other than what they've told me and their website. Can anyone recommend ways of finding out about

    a) a companies financial stability
    b) ownership
    c) any judgements etc

It would be a big move for me, I late 30's, only breadwinner..

    Thoughts / ideas appreciated.

If you go to the Company Registration Office website (www.cro.ie) and search for the company name you can find out all sorts of information.

Also, for a small fee (something like 2 euro per report etc. but I can't quite remember exactly), you can have the company's submissions emailed to you (i.e. their annual returns/annual accounts).

The service is really quick and very efficient.
