Why?

Because I am 18 today!!

Its funny, before you turn 18 you think it will be the best night of your life. No more fake IDs, its going to be some night thisthatandtheother.

Truth is, the amount of anti climactic 18ths Ive been to is something else. Night of my 18th, about 8 of us went to this spot that we ALWAYS got in to when we were underage.

Two of us got in. In the end, Id no cash for a taxi, me and my mate got seperated and my mam ended up picking me up from a 24 hour petrol station at 7am, me in a t shirt freezing my balls off.:mad:

I'm going to have a bit of a rubbishy birthday too because I'm on medication (not the good kind, no happy pills for Merrick) and can't drink.

I was trying to think of why one of my mates birthdays was so bad, now I recall. He had broken a foot or something and was on pills that basically would have you floored/violently sick if you drank even a small amount. Some birthday for him, we were all down the pub, me and the lads lockerfied, him there sipping his water and cursing his luck
