anyone using a tyan thunder k8we and a seasonic s12 600 psu?

hi, im building a workstation, and i want it to be fairly quiet. i am using a tyan thunder k8we (no scsi) and two dual core opteron 175's. will also have a xfx 7900gtx graphics card 4 gig of ram and 2 harddrives. just wondering if anyone can tell me will the seasonic s12 -600 psu handle all this and is it even compatible…
