Went for a walk friday. Was the first night in ages I had brought the camera out with me. Any comments/ constructive criticsm welcomed. I can't decide if I prefer the last one as a b&w or a colour shot.

First I'd like to say that it's pretty easy to make the images "56k-friendly" by using the "Save for Web" option in photoshop, you're images are now up to 700 kb in file size while that could have easily been reduced to around 150 kb without losing visable image quality. I've posted a tutorial on that issue in this thread.

As for the photo's... I like the first one best, excellent picture. The 2nd pic is very nice as well but seems a little overexposed. As for the last two, the colour version is better than the B&W version you posted, but I think that's more due to the B&W conversion, it's too dark.

I agree with Dimy, The second one is nicer in colour, the b&w is too dark. Try enhancing the colours in the colour version a little too to bring it out a little.

I already significantly upped the saturation and contrast in the colour version, as well as brightening it a little.

It started to look a little unreal much beyond that point. With my limited knowledge of PS anyway.
