create more than 1 option file?

I've got pes4 on the Xbox and I can't find any way to create an option file on my memory card (simply copying the option file from my hard disk won't work.) I basically wanted to make up a fantasy game on my memory card and still have the real teams and players on my hard disk. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Cheers.

Edit the Standard Master League (Barota the Donkey etc:) players stats then use them with the real names.
