Hi, Im a guy aged 18. Over the past few days ive had this yellow substance building up on the tip of my penis. The tip of my penis is very itchy and when i go to the toilet it burns. Ive never had sex so what could it be from and how cud i get it cured?

Go to the doctor. It is probably something simple to clear up. The longer you leave it the harder and longer it will take to clear up.

In the mean time drink plenty of water it will dilute your urine so that when you pee it may not be as stingy. But you really need to get to the doc to get it looked after properly.

Don't be shy the doc will have seen the like before.
