Well there you go. Theres your problem. They know if you use more than one window or browser and you wont get in. Just use one window and you would have been fine.
I got my tickets bang on 9. Best seats there too.
Couldnt get back in after.

I was online since 8:45 also, with best available selected (using 1 browser window).... no joy, b@stards.

I've actually ended up with double. First time I went for 'Best Available' 4 it gave me 4 balcony block E tickets, thought if I backed out I'd end up with nothing so I bought them. :mad:

Then after a few failures I eventually got through again and got offered 4 standing, so I'll probably sell the 4 balcony seats here in a few days if no one I know "in real life" needs them..

It's a 4 ticket limit so if both of those orders are goin to the same adress then one will be cancelled without notice

think I just got very lucky

got mine at about 8.08

before that I had tried "best available" but it was giving me nothing at all, couldn't believe it after that to get one standing

anyone not sorted might try Soundcellar in Dublin later on, sometimes they get a load of tickets and have them after ticketmaster seem to have sold out

unbelievable though, less than 10 mins to sell out!

Youre right, there was a 2 ticket limit for the 3rd U2 gig last year. I was able to buy 4 by using my laser and credit card. Same address on both.

It seems to be totally random whether you get tickets or not. Regardless of selection, time you've been up since, you just get lucky or not.

If those seating tickets are going a begging I'm interested in two.

things to do, to help your chances:
create a ticketmaster account,
have only 1 window open, with ticketmaster on it,
keep refreshing, from around 2 minutes too,
have a fast connection(broadband preferably),
wish yourself luck!

The one and only way to do it. Thats what i had done. Didnt set up the account for this only though.

having an account is dead handy, if you use ticketmaster regulary like i do. no need to enter your credit card detaiils/billing address detaiils as its saved securely onto your account

if they'd been going on sale Monday I'd have been alright, bu as I've exceeded my cap, I should've just gone into the job this morning and tried from there..........but it's ridiculous the amount of ticket pairs on sale on ebay and the obvious amount that the other touts have - it's just beginning to make buying tickets a joke, it shouldn't be a lottery, bring back the days of queueing overnight if this is what's going to happen everytime a popular band comes here after not playing for a while............ah well, think I'll go to The Cult now......

it is handy, but it doesn't help to acutally get the tickets, and at that stage you've already gotten them, so it's of no benefit from that point of view.....

It actually does cos ya dont waste those valuable few seconds typin in credit card details and all that. Thats how my friend got his, so no complaints bout it now

I was online 15mins early too. But no account.

Never got offered any tickets, except wheelchair when I selected that. I raced down to the local ticketmaster and they said it sold out in 4 minutes. Crazy.

I guess it being Ireland, loads of americans wanted to come over. And with the english dates being already sold out festivals, we had a lot of overseas competition for our local show.

at that stage you already have the tickets reserved and unless you are really bad at typing a couple of lines in you have them, though I know what you're saying..........anyway doesn't help me and I was logged in......should have gotten up earlier and been more awake.....

It was easy for me... I had the Pearl Jam page on ticketmaster open, and clicked "More Info" and then back on my browser every minute from 8:55 onwards, at 9:00 I did this repeatedly and got the order page up at 9:01, since I had an account with a credit card I didn't waste any time typing stuff in.

Im an idiot and was hungover and forgot about them. I know someone had ridiculed my belief theyd sell out in 15 minutes in the other thread so Im amazed that they actually managed to exceed that. Time to pull out the trump card I guess. Ill be putting up an oxegen camping ticket for 3 pearl jam tickets in what ever horrible website boards.ie spinned for sale etc off into.

there's a sickening amount of touts on ebay already, and just think of the amount of touts that will sell at the gig too, total scum.

I was lucky enough to get seating tickets, not the best but at least it's something... touting bastards really boil my blood.

i got up at seven this morning so as not to miss the nine o clock dead line but unfortunatley i did not get my tickets i cant believe it i missed there last show as i was pregnant if any one knows anywhere to get a tickect please let me know or if anyone knows anywhere in europe where i can get a ticcket let us know please
