have you tried actually physically pushing the area with your finger ? ive seen that fix stuck pixels in the past.

As someone has already pointed out. If its a problem on your ps2 then its your television which is the problem. Try what kristok said if its a LCD/Plasma screen if you want. But if you have a CRT style telly then there isint much you can do about it but get it replaced.
