Right, Have an Aiwa CTR429M Radio and 6 CD changer for my car (00 VW Polo 1.4)

Now heres is one of the first obsticles I have noticed.

The Radio Antenna Connector Is different on the new radio to the old one.
The old One is an L type connector (in that it folders in an L shaped Mannner) where as the Aiwa port is straight.

I've included a few pics to try and explain better but unfortunatly the camera did not work well in the car :/

    here they are
    Aiwa

The second challenge is going to be fitting the 6 cd changer, but I'll wait till i get this solved first.

Usually the L shaped bit is just a stick on adapter. It should just pull off to leave the standard straight one. The pic looks a bit blurry bit if its not removeable an adapter should be easy to pick up.

As stekelly says all you need is an adapter. There are various adapters available to fit allsorts of antenna connections. Most car audio/alarm installers will have these available.
